高效混合機(jī)是由JQJ1-170剪切機(jī)、CIP-B30自吸泵和控制柜三部分組成，剪切機(jī)是利用定子、轉(zhuǎn)子之間狹窄間隙中形成的紊流對(duì)物料進(jìn)行高速、強(qiáng)烈的液力剪切、離心擠壓、撞擊和研磨來(lái)完成物料的連續(xù)分散、乳化及粉碎。定轉(zhuǎn)子采用新型齒形組合。定子與轉(zhuǎn)子均采用高強(qiáng)度不銹鋼，表面并經(jīng)過(guò)特殊硬化處理精密制造而成，電機(jī)采用電機(jī)直聯(lián)形式，電機(jī)軸采用特殊不銹鋼。
密封為機(jī)械密封。物料由料斗通過(guò)自吸泵輸送到剪切機(jī)。本機(jī)總體結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、體積小、重量輕、耐磨性好、噪音低和運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)、其特點(diǎn)是不用研磨介質(zhì)，集分散、乳化、均質(zhì)、破碎、輸送為一體。
二、應(yīng)用
